9 Night Beauty Routine For A Healthy Glowing Skin

Who doesn’t want a healthy glowing skin? When you have a good complexion, you won’t stop checking yourself in the mirror or taking selfies. You feel good about yourself and your confident increases. It’s not true that those blessed with nice skin are the ones who can have a glowing skin. Anybody can achieve a glowing skin when you understand your skin type. Here are some night routines that you have to follow to get that healthy glowing skin.

Are you one of the people who are too lazy to wash your face before going to sleep? I normally go to bed and that’s when I remember that I have to take a bath. Or wash my face before sleeping. Use a mild face wash, soft soap or just wash with water and clean towel.

You can steam your face at night, or if you cannot do it daily, you can steam twice or thrice a week. Note that, you can steam your face by putting hot water in a basin and covering your head with a towel while you have lowered your face into the basin. The steam from the hot water will remain in the basin.

Tone your face after washing. Toner is a skin care product aimed at balancing your skin’s pH. They have soothing skin ingredients such as cucumber and aloe vera.

Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise. This is really important as it prevents water loss in your body. Coconut oil is a good moisturiser for your body for a glowing skin.

Apply skin serum on your face, especially that with vitamin C.

Drink water regularly. This is not only a night routine, but an all-day routine. Keep your body hydrated.

What goes into your body matters a lot. Eat healthy food such as vegetables, fruits, milk, for a glowing skin. Some of the foods for a healthy glowing skin include; green vegetables, tomatoes, fish, oranges, sweet potatoes, avocados.

Before you sleep, say a prayer to help you relax and have a beauty sleep.

Remember the sleeping beauty? When you get your beauty sleep, you won’t have dark circles and puffy eyes. This makes your skin look younger and plump.
