Samsung has introduced a range of new Galaxy smartphones, offering improved cameras and intelligent features. The new range includes the Samsung Galaxy S22, the Samsung Galaxy S22+, and the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
The phones that have 5G network are designed with two handsets with flat displays, punch-hole cameras in the center of the screen, and a new contoured camera block containing the three rear sensors on the back. The Galaxy S22 Ultra has extra and unique features such as an S Pen built into the bottom of the phone and three cameras sitting separately in the back of the body.
The screens on all three phones use Samsung’s new “Vision Booster” feature to adjust the display’s colors to make it look better in different lighting. They’re also particularly bright displays. The S22 is rated for 1,300 nits, and the S22 Plus and Ultra for 1,750 nits.
The three Samsung models S22 and S22 Plus comes in four different colours, Phantom Black, Phantom White, Phantom Green and Phantom Pink Gold while S22 Ultra is either Phantom Black, Phantom White, Phantom Green or Phantom Burgundy.
In a bid to conserve the environment recycled materials such as repurposed fishing nets and used water bottles and CD cases have been used in the production of brackets which hold the volume and power keys in place and components respectively.
All the three phones will be in Kenyan market from 10th March, 2022, but there is a pre-order period starting from 1st-10th March, 2022. Those pre-ordering will get free Galaxy Buds 2 and Samsung Care+. Galaxy S22 will start at $799.99 and Galaxy S22+ will start at $999.99.
